How do I know when my order has been processed?

FixThatLid communicates with you through email on every step of the process. From the time the order is received to the time that the order has been shipped, email notifications are sent with an update for you to track the progress of your order.



Which courrier service is being used to ship my order?

FixThatLid tries to use the most efficient method to ship orders to customers. We have used Canada Post as the primary method of shipping, however, we will also ship via other major courrier services including DHL, UPS, FedEx



How can I be assured that my order will arrive securely?

All FixThatLid orders over $50 also include insurance to cover the cost of the order in the event that the order is lost during the shipment process. Contact info@fixthatlid.com if you have any issues with your order not arriving in a reasonable amount of time after the delviery notice has been sent out. You can track your orders with the Carrier Reference number that is included on your order document.



Can I ship to a different address?

Yes. The online site allows you to include both a shipping and billing address. Please ensure that the billing address matches your payment method's address exactly in order to ensure proper processing of the order. You can include a Ship To Address in the shopping cart area.
